Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 1/4 c Brown Sugar
• 1 c Cream
• 5 T Butter
• 4-6 lbs Sweet Potatoes

Cook Brown Sugar & Cream.
Add Butter.
Pour over cooked potatoes.
Brown in oven.
