Ingredients:
- 1 large pkg Lime Jell-o
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 large can crushed Pineapples
- 2 pkg Cream Cheese or equal amount of Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 c Pecans crushed (optional)
Pour 1 cup of boiling water in jell-o & stir for 2 min.
Add 1 cup of cold water & stir.
Refrigerate jell-o & gel slightly.
Whip together mayo, cream cheese & pecans.
Add pineapple & blend.
Fold in jell-o & refrigerate til set.
