Ingredients:
- 32oz Plain Yogurt
- 1 c Pineapple Juice
- 2 c Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- 1 to 2 Bananas (broken into chunks)
- Splenda or Sugar (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
Blender will be full to the rim.
Pour into glass & drink.
Refrigerate the rest.
[Note: If strawberries aren't very sweet you'll need to add in a desired amount of substitute sugar or regular sugar.]
