Ingredients:
- 10oz pkg frozen Spinach (thawed & drained)
- 8oz Sour Cream
- 8oz pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
- 8oz Water Chestnuts (optional)
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley original Ranch Dip Mix
- Cheddar Cheese shredded (for topping)
- 1 Bread Bowl
Mix dip mix with sour cream & cream cheese.
Add spinach & chopped chestnuts.
Mix together.
Cut a circle out of center of bread to make a bowl.
Slice into 4's the piece you cut out of the bread & set aside.
Spoon dip into the bread bowl.
Place bowl & bread wedges on cookie sheet; arranging the wedges around the bowl.
Add some cheese to the top of bowl.
Put in oven & heat all the way through.
